When Bioglitter® eventually ends up in the natural environment, bacteria and other micro organisms ensure that it is broken down. Bioglitter® is the only glitter which is proven to biodegrade in the natural environment.

– Biodegrades in fresh water for 87% in just 4 weeks. (Tested to ISO 14851 (1999/Cor.1:2005) Standard, Fresh Water Aerobic Biodegradation Testing conducted by OWS Belgium.)
